DREAM & DISCOVER

After I receive your project inquiry, I will be in touch to get an overview of your scope and timeline. We will establish a time for a consultation and to discuss what I do and how I can help.

After we have both gained a solid understanding of the project scope, I will provide you with contract (if applicable) and quote for approval and secure you a spot in my schedule. If needed, additional discussion and completion of a brand questionnaire will be required prior to the start of your project.

DESIGN & REFINE

Next, I will start to work through the countless design ideas that will be swimming through my head, and refine those that fit with the discussed direction and approach. I’ll present the best concept to you for review and feedback.

FEEDBACK PROCESS

This is your opportunity to provide your thoughts so the design can be modified to be exactly what you want.

  1. Gather feedback internally from all persons involved

  2. Return the feedback all at one time through email so we can both refer back

  3. I will confirm the requested edits and make the revisions

  4. I will submit a new draft for review which will complete one round of revision

DELIVER & SHARE

Once the final designs have been approved. I will create the artwork files, brand style guide (if applicable) as well as any additional design collateral as discussed.

If needed, I'll contact printers for quotes and manage the printing process for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

+ When can we get started?

Contact me to find out! I will always try to help you meet your personal and/or marketing deadlines. However, starting the design process all depends on the scope of your project and my project schedule. I'm typically booked out 1-2 months in advance.... so the sooner you can get in touch, the better!

+ What is the payment process?

For larger design services, I require a 50% non-refundable down payment to officially book your project in my calendar. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project, before final delivery of files.

For smaller design services, payment is due upon approval of the final design, before the final delivery of the files.

Payments can be made through e-transfer or by cheque.

+ How many revisions do I get?

Brand Identity Packages includes 2-3 revisions. For custom projects outside of Brand Identity packages, we'll agree upon a number of revisions for your project and I'll incorporate that into your design cost estimate.

Additional revisions beyond what is agreed upon will be billed at my hourly rate, as noted in our signed agreement.

+ Will you organize the printing of my design?

Yes! I offer full-service design from start to finish. I am happy to arrange the printing and/or installation of your final product to help ensure the end result is exactly as you imagined it.
